Ask whether a named person left Rhea custody, the release date and time, the release type, and whether another agency received the person. For a document, ask for the existing booking-and-release record and a cost estimate. The Sheriff's posted prices cover specified incident and arrest reports, not necessarily a release record or booking photograph.
